- The crash can also be the result of some installed files of a program which get corrupted due to a virus. For this, you need to re-install the flash plugin by opening control panel, clicking on programs and features, selecting Adobe flash player plug-in and uninstalling it. Once the uninstallation has been done, you just need to restart your computer and install the flash plug-in.
